- SOZO visions in motion e.V. receives funding from the Profil:Soziokultur - Sonderprogramm NEUSTART KULTUR. We are happy to work on our structures and processes this year in a project called "SOZO inside and out". Three of our 1st and 2nd year students in the dance program will work on our "inside" and form our new "space supervision team" that will take care of our studios and theater space on a daily basis and also work on some projects that develop and change our space. Another student will be working on the "outside" and will be looking for opportunities for further networking and funding so that we can secure some scholarships for future students and offer updated information on visas and regulatory steps required for students coming from outside the EU.
- Our SOZO visions in motion DANCE co. has also been granted funding from #TakeHeart - Wiederaufnahmeförderung (Fonds darstellende Künste) for our latest dance production "EPILOGUE - the back side of the moon" (Premiere Sept 2021). Our next performance with this funding will be at the Tanzart Ostwest Festival in Gießen in May 22. and later in Kassel in July at an open-air performance.
